The survey plat is a map of your property showing improvements, important features, and the boundary limits of your parcel. It is signed and sealed by one of our registered professionals and can be recorded at the courthouse if desired or required.

Only Professional Land Surveyors that are registered by the state or individuals working in their responsible charge are allowed to stake on the ground or depict property boundaries on a plat
